I waited a long time before I actually got an ipod. I've always been hesitant to get one because I've heard horror stories about the batteries tanking, and also I was not pleased with the fact that I'd have to load everything up through itunes. Those things aside, I finally got a shuffle because they're just so small, light, and convenient, that I decided it was time. And I have to say- I haven't looked back. I love how small and light the player is- I use it for ice skating, and it's perfect for that. It clips onto any outfit, and is just so convenient, I don't know what I did without it. I still wish that I didn't have to load stuff up through itunes, but I haven't found it to be such a burden. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.
