I placed the order a month ago and I'm still waiting for the item. I was told that it would take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. It's now entering the second month and I don't have the my ipod shuffle. I've sent a few messeages to the company to get the status of my order and I have not received any correspondance -- this is not good.
