Where To Buy Apple 30 GB iPod Video AAC/MP3 Player White (5.5 Generation)

This is a good product but you get what you pay for. I bought two. One is still doing fine after about two years and the other the headphone jack lost one of its channels. I had to trade mine to my son because of this. It is worth taking the chance to save the money if you can't afford to buy refurbished from Apple. With Apple however you get the same warranty as a new one and it looks great. It is also refurbished by Apple so you know it is done right.Get more detail about Apple 30 GB iPod Video AAC/MP3 Player White (5.5 Generation).

Apple iPod shuffle 2 GB Silver (2nd Generation) OLD MODEL Review

I just tossed an iPod Shuffle (2nd generation) in the trash, after less than a year of light use. Problem? It suddenly stopped working. Every time I connect it to everybody's favorite software - iTunes - I'm told that it is in "recovery mode." iTunes demands that I let it restore the unit. I do, and a few seconds later get the same message - over and over and over. A helpful blogger suggested that I change the drive letter assigned by Windows, which I did, to no effect. Another said to reformat the iPod as a drive. I tried that, and still nothing. Why did I resort to following advice from bloggers? Because the Apple website was no help whatsoever. I guess the 2nd generation Shuffle is just too old for Apple to bother to stand behind. Oh well. I just gave my daughter the Sandisk Sansa Clip. Almost as simple as the Shuffle, no proprietary software requirement or dock. And I was able to load almost 4gb of music in less than 15 minutes. Oh - it has a radio. You can store non-music files. Wow! My advice? Bail on Apple before Apple bails on you!Get more detail about Apple iPod shuffle 2 GB Silver (2nd Generation) OLD MODEL.

Apple 80 GB iPod AAC/MP3 Video Player Black (5.5 Generation) Buy Now

The 5.5 Generation iPod sounds better than the iPod Classics. Apple changed the sound components to an inferior brand and clearly degraded the sound quality. In addition, the scroll wheel on the 5.5 Gen. is much easier to navigate.

If you are looking for an iPod and need 80GB or less, this is the best choice for your money.Get more detail about Apple 80 GB iPod AAC/MP3 Video Player Black (5.5 Generation).

Apple iPod touch 16 GB (1st Generation) OLD MODEL Right now

The iTouch is a great device, as long as you understand that it has the Apple limitations.

Video, sound and control are virtually great. It's really good for reading books, surfing the web and watching movies.

My main gripe is that it won't play all available sound/video formats and the fact that safari lacks a "Search" option for searching text within the page you're currently on.

As a side note: ever since installing OS 3.x the device has started suffering frm slowdowns, so be wary of that and only install the OS -which isn't free- if you must.Get more detail about Apple iPod touch 16 GB (1st Generation) OLD MODEL.

Buying Apple iPod touch 8 GB (1st Generation) OLD MODEL

I ran my Amazon business and traded stocks in real-time anywhere I was which was made possible by the iPhone 1st Generation since I got it in 2008. Since then I also paid all my bills electronically, performed banking transactions, e-mail, online shopping, research, school homework, social networking, downloaded music, videos, apps, games, photos, texts, files, and even attachments! The iPhone transformed my life by enabling me to stay connected and respond quickly before I even get out of bed or leave the restroom or while waiting in lines, giving me instant productivity in all the gaps of time wherever I was. It is a very powerful tool when you're running an online business, trading stocks, or just keeping track of everything online. Never before was I able to extract so much productivity in my break time than with the iPhone. The First Generation has a more durable design with its thick solid glass and metal back casing. Since being among the first few to use it, it has paid for itself more than 10 times over, improving my monthly income by over $2900! Most of the income comes from trading stocks in real-time. The iPhone's stocks app gave me 24/7 situational awareness of the market's information technology with stock charts, details, and last-minute news all in the palm of my hand with the touch of a finger, I was able to execute real-time trades even at odd times when most people are still in bed, in a toilet or eating breakfast or brushing their teeth or still taking a shower. Anytime is action time when you have the iPhone! It does not just give you information technology, it lets you take action with that information technology--anytime, anywhere! No wonder Apple was able to acquire licenses to ship the iPhone in over 70 countries for export. Soon, the whole world will run business on this revolutionary device. It is a true all-in-one device, replacing my cell phone, portable GPS navigation system, portable media player, digital camera, portable hard drive, cellular modem, portable gaming system, personal digital organizer, personal digital assistant (PDA), phone landline, texting device, and my handheld computer all in one compact device! The touch screen is a very durable thick glass which never breaks nor scratch even after dropping it many times, the super bright screen is powerful enough to light a dark room at night which is also adjustable for lower lighting needs, the resolution is so sharp that you could zoom in on photos with awesome clarity and detail! You can flip photos vertically or horizontally without pressing anything because it does it automatically when you turn the device horizontally or vertically as if it could detect gravity. You can look at google maps with all the details and even see satellite imagery while you're in the middle of nowhere letting you know where you are or where you're trying to go without having to buy or subscribe to anything else other than your original plan. You can use it as a backup drive for all your important files or play all your favorite music and videos from your computer and the from the internet. It can integrate all your internet e-mail into one account so you only have to login once. It even lets you download PDF files and Microsoft Word attachments from your inboxes! I highly recommend this device to all my friends, co-workers, and family just because of its revolutionary life-changing productivity applications and its awesome all-in-one value that I'm buying some of them one for Christmas! The power of the internet will soon become an easy part of your daily routine with the iPhone that it will change your life and help you change the life of those around you for the better as it did for me! I hope this helps. Thanks!Get more detail about Apple iPod touch 8 GB (1st Generation) OLD MODEL.

Just to pile on, this product is horribly designed. I had a 2nd gen shuffle and loved it, but I eventually wore out the battery (replacing the battery is a different complaint topic). The new design with the controls near your neck and ear are horrible! Who at Apple thought this was a good design? Now if you want to replace your headphones you need to purchase from Apple (although I'm sure 3rd party headphones will become available, but I'm sure all will be more expensive than regular ear buds). Lowest Price Apple iPod classic 120 GB Black (6th Generation) OLD MODEL

Just received a Refurbished iPod Classic 120G.

Thank you Apple and FedEx for getting it to me all the way from China in a couple of business days in time for Christmas !

As far as the few negative one star reviews here about poor sound reproduction . . . I decided, in spite of that, to take the leap and try my luck.

Comparing it to my iPhone ( which sounds great ) through Sony Professional MDR-7506 Studio Monitor head phones and through the Apple ear buds I proclaim them ( iPhone and iPod 120 ) to be so close to identical I can't tell them apart.

I compared them using the exact same tracks of dynamic classical music including human voice, highs and pipe organ.

Any difference at all I leave up to slight difference in volume setting.

In other words : I AM TOTALLY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE !

There may have been a problem in the past. If so it seems they have taken care of it, in the refurb. or otherwise.

I am a long time Mac/Apple user. I have an iMac, a Macbook Air, a Shuffle, a Nano, an iPhone and now the iPod Classic.

Save FLO TV Personal Television PTV 350

My Dad was asking for a portable tv for Christmas because his old portable tv became obsolete when tv went digital. He likes Fox news and ESPN so I figured this flo tv unit would be perfect. I set the device up in SF (Dad is in LA) so I could make sure it works before giving it to him. I was mostly impressed with the picture. There were some minor artifacts but I was blown away by the color. The device itself is very sleek. I watched the device in a cab ride to the BART station and it maintained a signal throughout. It also worked at SFO as well as the car ride from LAX to Santa Monica. My Mom and Sister were oohing and aahing. I gave it to my Dad at a house near Lake Castaic where cell phone service is pretty crappy. It even worked there but it was skipping slightly at times. When we got it back to my Dad's house in Malibu however the picture looked better than I'd ever seen it. He used the word "amazing" several times. The picture really does look spectacular there. It's incredibly sharp and crisp and the colors are phenomenal, just like cable tv quality. I was able to read all the text that appeared on the screen, even tiny words moving across the bottom during the news. He was blown away by the picture too, especially since he was comparing it to his old portable tv. (Which happened to be a great model he got about a year before tv went to digital)

I think he was slightly disappointed that it doesn't get local tv channels but when he saw it gets Fox news live (about a 12 second delay) he said that sold him on it.

Pros: Outstanding picture in strong signal areas and good picture in most other areas. Sleek, pocket friendly design. I like the built in stand design. Great speakers for such a small device.

Cons: No local channels available (as of the writing of this review). After the 6 month free period is over, it will cost $14.99/month. That's kind of steep considering there are so few channels available. (I think there are about 15) I'm guessing they will offer a better package deal when the 6 months is up. I read somewhere that more channels will be added.

I like the Nano. The size is good and it works well. The only draw back I can see is the instructions. The web site is OK, but I would be nice to have a better manual with the unit. I had problems finding out how to transfer the videos I have taken. I ended up finding the real manual on the website and figured out how to download the videos. I would have thought that you could have just downloaded then using iTunes, but the software does everything but videos you take.
