I had an mp4 player that held music, pictures, and video but I never seemed to use it. I guess it was just all the bells and whistles that I didn't need. I LOVE the shuffle because of it's size and convenience. It is very small and portable and clips on to your clothing. The sound is GREAT! I would have rather had the purple one but they were out so I bought the pink one, which is fine.
