I got one of these as a gift and it worked good for a few months. Then Itunes stopped recognizing it. I reset it and reinstalled Itunes, but it didn't help. This is one of the best selling MP3 players and I cannot understand why. It doesn't work with Windows media player only Itunes which is more difficult to use.
