I recently bought a new Nano Ipod for my wife's birthday. It was a perfect gift except she hardly talks to me anymore (Ipod in her ear) and doesn't hear a word I say. It could be worse, at least I get to watch football. The only problem that I have had is in downloading the videos to our PC. After calling a techy at Apple I was sent a link to a website with easy to follow directions. Unfortunately after following the directions I was able to save the file to my PC but when I play it I get no video.
